THE PROPOSAL IN 60 SECONDS

A new channel.
Built on existing capability.

  1. The opportunity

A proposed Greg-led revenue channel, giving his teaching greater reach through additional scheduled webinars.

  2. The evidence

Virtuoso is already operating. Its dashboard recorded 748 October deliverables as of 28 October 2026. This is production evidence, not proof of webinar sales performance.

  3. The experience

An adaptive, interactive webinar with personal welcomes, polls, reviewed answers and routes shaped by attendee responses. The demonstrations illustrate the proposed experience.

  4. The business case

More events without a live presenter every time, controlled conversion testing and continuity from advertising to sales follow-up.

  5. The proposed programme

An initial operational webinar within a proposed 4–6 weeks of an agreed start, followed by a 12-month development programme after a successful pilot. Development begins only after a separate agreement is signed.

THE PROPOSED NEXT-GENERATION WEBINAR

One event.
A more personal journey.

A webinar that listens, responds and adapts, with people in control of what it says and how it improves.

See it in action. Select any card to watch a video or try an interactive demo.

01

Make it feel like today.

Greg mentions the date, talks about what’s happening in the world and uses examples that matter today. It feels fresh from the first minute.

02

A welcome with your name on it.

Welcome attendees by name, using the details they provided at registration.

03

Real questions. Relevant answers.

Take questions from the audience, prepare a relevant response and have an operator approve it before it is delivered.

04

Ask. Listen. Respond.

Use clickable polls and questions to understand experience, goals and what people need explained.

05

A journey shaped around each person.

Respond to what matters, address unanswered concerns and give each viewer a relevant route to one clear offer.

06

Advertising that leads into the webinar.

Greg-fronted ads from the advertising production system lead directly to the webinar’s date and time. Built to test for lower acquisition costs, with no new presenter recording required.

07

Every webinar informs the next.

A dedicated insight agent turns reporting into answers. Explore retention, investigate patterns and review practical improvements for the next session.

Proposed capabilities for a controlled pilot. Personalisation uses information attendees choose to share; learning means measured, reviewed improvements, not unsupervised changes to teaching or offers.

ONE FRAMEWORK. DIFFERENT VOICES.

Interchange your presenter.

One webinar framework. Presenter options for discussion.

The presenter can change.

THE BUSINESS CASE

Multiply the value
of Greg’s time.

The expertise is already here. Give it a system that can work more often, improve faster and support the whole business.

01 / AVAILABILITY

Give Greg’s teaching greater reach.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Greg’s time is valuable. His teaching can reach more people when additional sessions do not depend on another live appearance.

WHAT THIS CHANGES

Create an additional webinar revenue channel that can run without Greg, Gurdas or another speaker presenting live at every session.

More teaching reach. More opportunities to run.
02 / ITERATION

Change it once. Improve it everywhere.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A new message can mean another meeting, another presenter briefing and another version of the slide deck. Changes take time to reach every room.

WHAT THIS CHANGES

Keep approved content, routes and presentation assets in one system. Refine a module centrally, review it, then use the updated version in the next session.

A shorter path from a good idea to a tested improvement.
03 / LEARNING

Know what deserves to change next.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A headline conversion rate cannot tell you which explanation lost attention, which question went unanswered or which route worked better.

WHAT THIS CHANGES

Review engagement by module and route. Let Orbit surface patterns and suggest tests, then decide which changes deserve approval.

Better evidence for the next decision.
04 / CONTINUITY

Give telesales a warmer conversation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Acquisition, webinar delivery and sales follow-up are often treated as separate jobs. Context gets lost between the click and the call.

WHAT THIS CHANGES

Align the Greg-fronted ad, scheduled session and approved offer. Pass relevant responses to the sales team so the conversation can pick up where the webinar left off.

Relevant context before the first call.
Explore the four proposed webinar formats
03 / Choose the depth

Four formats.
One flexible approach.

Four proposed formats to compare. Select a duration to explore its role; these are content configurations, not completed webinars.

Proposed starting point: one scheduled event per month, with a shared start and common milestones. Personalised modules sit within that event.
MEASURE WHAT MATTERS

How we’ll measure success.

Follow the journey from the first click to the revenue LTT retains. Agree the measures together, then use real results to decide what happens next.

01 / ACQUISITION

Who comes in?

Registrations and cost per lead, tracked back to the ads that brought them.

02 / ENGAGEMENT

Who stays?

Attendance, retention and participation; showing where people engage and where they leave.

03 / SALES

Who buys?

Direct and agreed follow-up sales, with cancellations and refunds accounted for.

04 / COMMERCIAL RETURN

What does LTT keep?

Measure attributable revenue, cancellations, refunds and operating costs to understand the channel’s performance.

05 / ADDITIONAL VALUE

Is it growing the business?

Compare against existing activity to understand whether the channel adds sales rather than moving them from another event.

Agree a baseline. Review the results. Improve what works.

THE PROPOSED BUILD

A working webinar in 4–6 weeks.
A smarter platform every month.

4–6weeks proposed
to an initial operational webinar

Stormfield proposes delivering an initial operational webinar within 4–6 weeks of an agreed start date.

Following a successful pilot, the platform would enter a 12-month programme of ongoing development, experimentation and enhancement.

Each release would be informed by real audience behaviour, sales results and feedback from Learn to Trade, with improvements reviewed before deployment.

The objective isn’t simply to launch an automated webinar. It’s to build a sales channel that can be measured, refined and expanded over time.

Subject to a signed agreement defining scope, milestones, commercial terms and ongoing development responsibilities.

01 / PLAN TOGETHER

Time with Greg and the team.

Planning and working sessions would shape the initial webinar. Greg can be as involved as he wants to be; we work well together, and his input can shape the experience from the outset.

02 / BUILD & REFINE

The initial operational webinar.

Develop and test the initial presentation, interactions, reporting and team controls. The proposed 4–6 week timeframe depends on agreed scope, content, access and timely feedback.

03 / HAND OVER

Your team runs it.

The aim is independent day-to-day operation, with training and handover included. Stormfield remains the development partner for future improvements rather than a dependency for running every webinar.

04 / KEEP IMPROVING

A direct line back to base.

The proposed internal AI support agent can report bugs and send diagnostic summaries back to Stormfield head office for review. Following a successful pilot, the proposed 12-month development programme would refine the package, with priorities and support arrangements set out in the agreement.

Before development begins

Development begins only after a separate agreement is signed covering scope, sales attribution, presenter rights, reporting access and responsibilities.

Stormfield product. Separate commercial agreement.

The proposal is for a licence to a Stormfield product. Stormfield would retain ownership of its platform, reusable technology and underlying intellectual property. LTT’s existing materials and presenter rights remain with their respective owners. Any permitted use, licence and project-specific rights would be defined separately; no rights transfer is offered by this page.

What this prototype demonstrates

This prototype includes video and audio examples, interactive poll branching, selectable routes and illustrative reporting. It is not a production webinar, checkout or live analytics service. All proposed development is subject to the separate signed agreement. Virtuoso screenshots show existing software.
